Golden Rose Tollgate Casino - Central City, Colorado The Golden Rose Tollgate Casino, located in the heart of downtown Central City, is comprised of three historic buildings acquiring 41,100 sf of renovated casino and restaurant space. An addition of 19,700 sf of new casino and hotel space with a valet drop off will be connected to the existing historic buildings, filling an entire city block. Located directly across the street, and connected by a pedestrian bridge, sits a new 500+ space parking garage. The casino addition and parking garage are designed to look like several smaller buildings in accordance to the strict design guidelines for the Historic District. With the opening of the “Central City Parkway” in November 2004, the project, situated at the entry to the city, will be poised to become Colorado gaming’s hottest destination.
